RETURNS

Returns are easy at Bolivian Expressions. You may return any item, for any reason upon receipt. Just follow these easy steps to process your request quickly:

Use a good quality carton. Wrap well and tape securely. Inside the package, include the exchange/return form provided with your shipping invoice. Complete the form, including the quantity returned and the reason for return. Simply peel off the return label and affix the return label to the carton. Take the box to the post office and affix the proper postage. Insure your package. Your refund will be processed promptly upon receipt of your package.

If you need to make an exchange, you may do so by mail. Simply complete the information on the exchange slip included with shipping invoice and enclose in the box.
